Financial Business Partner

Are you an experienced controller with a background or a strong interest in Finance Business Partnering – and ready to elevate your finance career?

As the Finance Business Partner at iO in the Nordics, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our Campus Management Teams, enhancing decision-making and building strong interdepartmental relationships. Primarily the focus is on our Stockholm office, we call it Campus Stockhollm, consisting of the two established digital agencies Triggerfish and Awave.

The two Stockholm agencies; Awave and Triggerfish are becoming part of something bigger – the international agency network iO and we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner for our Stockholm campus, Here, you’ll work alongside dedicated and skilled colleagues and an engaged and driven management team.

Our agency includes experts and roles such as; strategists, project managers, developers, designers, and digital marketers, all working together to drive our clients' digital success. We offer a wide range of digital services – from development and design to digital marketing – and we prioritize long-term relationships with our clients to create sustainable and rewarding collaborations.

Your role

As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key figure in our finance team and a trusted advisor to our campus leadership. This role focuses primarily on our Stockholm campus, and your key responsibilities are: 

• Liaison Role: Serve as the main point of contact between campus teams and finance.

• Strategic Advisory: Provide insights to achieve campus objectives and drive performance.

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives for working capital enhancement and risk mitigation.

• Business Support: Collaborate with sales and operational staff for tailored financial assistance.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a background in accounting or controlling, ideally as a Finance Business Partner. To succeed in this role, you have:

- Communication Skills: Present complex financial data clearly.
 - Relationship Building: Foster collaboration across departments.
 - Change Management: Effectively adapt to organizational changes.
 - Analytical Skills: Use insights to guide decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

 - Experience: Background in accounting or controlling, preferably as a Finance Business Partner.
 - Education: Qualifications in finance or accounting.
 - Skills: Strong communication, project management, and market awareness.
